Accessing your report dashboard
Please follow the below steps to access your reporting dashboard:
Confirm your work email addresses with TLA
TLA will review licence availability and if ok will create you as a new guest user on the TLA network
You will receive an invite to join the TLA network, please click the link and create an account, using your work email address.
Please confirm with TLA when you have signed up.
TLA will then invite you access to relevant report(s).
Accepting this invite will place the report in your list, which is accessible via http://support.tla.co/
Using your report dashboard
Version 3.0 of the reporting insights dashboard includes Gateway, Validation and Sent reports:
Pages
1. Leads Received - This report shows the total leads received by the TLA Customer Acquisition Platform. Any leads that have been received but have not made it to the next stage have been rejected.
2. Leads Validated - This report shows the leads validated by the TLA Customer Acquisition Platform. Standard validation services cover phone, postal address, email address and deduplication.
3. Leads Sent - This report shows leads successfully delivered to the client by the TLA Customer Acquisition Platform.
Leads Sent Datasheet Report - This report shows a detailed view of leads successfully delivered to the client by the TLA Customer Acquisition Platform.
4. Campaign Pacing - This report details how delivery is pacing against the current campaign.
5. Conversions - This report matches sale data against leads sent.
Notes
The report defaults date to ‘This Month’ which you can unselect to choose other data options, or use the slider
You can use the filter options on any page to filter on Channel, Make, Model and Lead Type.
If you wish to clear down your filters and go back to the top level view, please click the ‘refresh’ button located top right.
