Welcome to the onboarding and testing page for suppliers

The below progress map will help outline the steps required to onboard as a new Third Party or go live with a new campaign if you are already integrated. Due to the nature of technical integrations, there may be some flexibility in the steps depending on the nature of your integration and campaign requirements.

 

For All Testing

  • Unless testing on QA and otherwise instructed please use Test Test as the first and last name when testing between yourself and TLA.

    • TLA will block distribution of any lead carrying Test Test, on both staging and production.

    • This allows supplier + TLA to double-check tests before involving other systems downstream.

  • If running full end-to-end tests on either staging or production, where approval from systems downstream from TLA is required (i.e. manufactures CRM platform), then please use a real name and email address

    • Please only do this when instructed by TLA and/or it is during a pre-arranged testing session.

  • Please always use valid email addresses when testing.
